FairServices is a grassroots, innovative organization that approaches social issues with an open mind.
Most of our projects started with an idea or observation, leading to a simple question. Starting, there, we form a team of young professionals
​with the right mindset to research, analyze, develop and execute.

Working with children, ages 6 to 12 and their families

WaaW is an after school project for 25 children, ages 6 to 12, from poor to extremely poor families. Focus within the project is on 3 pillars; education, nutrition and health. Founded in 2012 (after 3 years of research and development), WaaW is now a landmark in it's neighborhood, helping young children make a good start in life.

Working with teenagers, ages 12 to 20 in our Scholarship Program

​Chaska and Inti Chaska are 2 scholarship programs for girls from poor 1-parent families in Cusco.
​Originating from WaaW, we developed an intake procedure based on character through psychological testing and a broad support system covering financial, educational and emotional support from the 1st year of high school till obtaining a degree at a university, college or institute.
